Fight against Censorship is On

The proposed Kentucky legislation is threatening to shut down online casinos’ domain names, this way forcing them to leave the US market. 141 domain names, some of them registered internationally , are already on the Kentucky’s confiscation list.
The Poker Players Alliance could not but express their negative attitude towards the situation going on with the planned legislation. The inplementation of the legislation will unavoidably lead to forced compliance with the state’s impending ban on online casino gambling activity an a “precedent for censorship of the Internet by force”. There is a chance that the situation may extend far beyond the online casino gambling industry.
