Playtech is reported to have signed an intellectual property sub-license agreement with Guardian Gaming and Shuffle Master. The deal will enable Playtech to be the online gaming software provider for the Shuffle Master online casino. Besides, the company has got “the sublicense rights to certain Shuffle Master games” such as Three Card Poker, Dragon Bonus, Let it Ridem Fortune Pai Gow Poker, Casino War and Ultimate Texas Hold’Em “for our operator licensees”.

Thus, Playtech has become the exclusive supplier of online casino software for the Shuffle Master online casino site operated by Guardian Gaming. In addition, Playtech is the first online gaming software provider to get a sub-license to the Shuffle Master Games for internet use.

The agreement is believed to enhance Playtech’s position in the gaming market.
