MGM Resorts International, Boyd Gaming Corporation and Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment are looking forward to the moment of legalization of Internet Poker in the USA to share the market. Boyd Gaming will have a 10% stake in the company, 25% of the company will be held by MGM and the ownership percentages will belong to Bwin.Party.

Jim Murren, CEO of MGM Resorts explains that millions of Americans are gambling online at different gaming areas the majority of which have nothing to do with fair deals and security. With all that people are gambling billions of dollars and US government is deriving no benefit from this fact.
