CryptoLogic is known to be undergoing through lots of changes. With the end of the US internet gambling, the CryptoLogic had to restructure the company and focus on the European gambling industry.

Changes in the upper level of management have become the part of the restructurization. David Gavagan has recently become known to be replacing Robert Strikeman – Chairman of the Board. The replacement will take place at the the next shareholders meeting unlers the shareholders have objections.
