Sports Betting Companies can Adopt Best Practice Charters

Online gambling in France is expected to be soon regulated. Meanwhile, the online media group known as “Geste” has released 2 charters seeking to give European online gambling operators a standard by which to follow, thus making sure the French online gambling industry is viewed as socially responsible and legitimate.

In the following years to come, lots of people will be watching France’s online gambling industry, whether the regulation fails or not in the country.

One of the countries that has got a similar experience is the UK. Since the UK Gambling Act of 2005 calling for an increase in land-based betting destinations has been passed, they have noticed an increased number of problem gamblers and gambling debts. The UK is in a good shape, and at the moment it is looking for the better ways to treat problem gambling.

As for France and its gambling regulation to be, many people like thos from Geste are doing their best to make the online sector a favorable environment for both consumers and businesses.
