What are the Plans of Giga?

Though GigaMedia remains to be strong in the market, it has become known that the company is looking for the other internet gambling companies to merge with or to be acquired by.
A public statement recently released by Giga notes, however, that the company is in talks with several companies interested in the purchase of Giga Media holdings. A new financial advisor is known to be helping the company with negotiating a sale or acquisition agreement.
Being listed in the US, Giga operates out of Taiwan. The Everest Gaming brand is the company’s signature product.
