The Sunday Hundred Grand Tournament – the Largest Cash Poker Tournament

The Sunday Hundred Grand Tournament that took place on the 29th of July is claimed to be the world’s largest cash poker tournament. 20,000 online poker players with first place finisher “Lynnal” took the top prize of $20,000. The debut of the tournament took place on July 8, 2007.

The tournament belongs to PokerStars.com that in just one year has doubled its community of players from five to ten million. It brings excitement, skill, challenge, etc – those things players are crazy about.

The Sunday Hundred Grand is not the only tournament offered by PokerStars.com. Other tournaments are the Sunday Million, Sunday Warm-Up and High Stakes Showdown.
